Who we are

Dibbler is a growing-planner app, currently in early access. The site at dibblerapp.com is operated by Guardline Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13323382). Guardline Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Your email address — when you join the waitlist.
How you grow — whether you're an individual grower or a business, if you tell us on the welcome step.
Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate location (country/region inferred from your IP, not stored by us), and basic device/browser info.
Server logs — our host records technical request data (IP address, URL, timestamp) to serve and protect the site.

We don't ask for, or want, any more than this. There are no accounts or passwords on this site.

What we use it for

To let you know when Dibbler is ready and to offer you early access — consent.
To tailor that early access to the way you grow — consent / legitimate interest.
To understand what's working on the site, if you've opted in to analytics — consent.
To keep the site running, fast, and secure — legitimate interest and legal obligation.

We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers, who only process data on our instructions (or, for analytics, with your consent):

Resend — stores the waitlist email list (including the grower type you choose, as a list segment) and sends launch emails.
Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — site analytics, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides security and logging.

Where it lives

The site and its logs run on Cloudflare's global edge network; the waitlist lives with Resend. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (UK adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by UK GDPR.

How long we keep it

Waitlist email & grower type — until shortly after launch, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Analytics — retained by Google per their GA4 settings (up to 14 months) and only collected with consent.
Server logs — a short rolling window, managed by Cloudflare.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
correct anything that's wrong;
delete your data, or restrict/object to how we use it;
withdraw consent at any time — for analytics, use the cookie settings page; for waitlist emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us.

Email hello@dibblerapp.com and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page. For anything significant, we'll be reasonable about flagging it to people on the waitlist.
