What we set, and why
We set the minimum needed to remember your cookie choice, plus optional analytics so we can see what's working. Analytics is off by default — nothing that tracks you runs until you opt in.
The short version
- One small functional cookie remembers your choice here.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) only loads if you accept it.
- No advertising cookies. We don't sell your data.
- You can change your mind any time on this page.

Every cookie we use
| Name | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| dibbler_consent | Functional | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. | 6 months |
| _ga | Analytics (opt-in) | Google Analytics — distinguishes visitors. Only set after you accept. | 13 months |
| _ga_BS1FMCF412 | Analytics (opt-in) | Google Analytics 4 — persists session state. Only set after you accept. | 13 months |
Local storage
We don't use browser local storage to track you. Your preference is kept in the single dibbler_consent cookie above.
Third parties
Analytics is provided by Google (Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager) and only runs with your consent. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies. See our privacy policy for the full list of providers.
How to block cookies
Beyond the controls above, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the functional cookie just means we can't remember your choice, so you'll see the banner again.
